Wandering into Boulted Bread is a homecoming experience.  Freshly brewed coffee and organic, heirloom bread and pastries showcase the warmth of the Warehouse District neighborhood.

Boulted Bread has become the bakery of choice for many of the Triangle’s best restaurants, since it opened in 2014.  The bakery prides itself on using local, fresh, and organic ingredients—whether that be NC-grown rye or the local eggs in their pastries.  And since they grind the majority of the flour they use on their own stone-mill, they can select a wider variety of artisanal and heirloom grains to handcraft their breads to perfection.
